By downloading, installing, or using AS Remote ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and AS Apps Studio ("we," "us," or "our").
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, AS Apps Studio grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use AS Remote for your personal, non-commercial use on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, as permitted by Apple's App Store Terms of Service.
You may not:
AS Remote offers optional premium subscriptions that unlock full app functionality. Subscriptions are available on a monthly, yearly, or lifetime basis.
All purchases are processed by Apple. AS Apps Studio does not store or process your payment information.
AS Remote is designed to control smart TVs on your local Wi-Fi network. You are responsible for ensuring:
The App requires your iPhone and TV to be connected to the same Wi-Fi network. We are not responsible for network issues, TV firmware incompatibilities, or manufacturer restrictions that may affect App functionality.
AS Remote communicates with TVs using publicly available or standard protocols. Compatibility may change as TV manufacturers update their firmware. We make no guarantee that all features will work with all TV models, firmware versions, or network configurations.
The media casting feature allows you to share photos and videos to your TV. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the rights to cast any media content. Do not cast content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AS APPS STUDIO DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with all devices or TV models.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, AS APPS STUDIO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM.
AS Remote, its logo, design, and all content within the App are the intellectual property of AS Apps Studio and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws. Third-party TV brand names (Samsung, LG, Roku, etc.) are trademarks of their respective owners. AS Apps Studio is not affiliated with or endorsed by any TV manufacturer.
As AS Remote is distributed through Apple's App Store, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA) applies to your use of this App. You can review Apple's Standard EULA at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and Apple's EULA, Apple's EULA governs.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where AS Apps Studio operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the App or by updating the effective date on this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
