Who we are
AS Apps Studio provides Party Games. For privacy questions, contact support@asapps.studio.
Data on your device
The app saves player names, preferences, game configurations, scores, and some game progress locally so you can continue playing. Answers and drawings are used for the game you are playing; they are not uploaded to us. People who can access your unlocked device may be able to see saved game information.
iOS or iPadOS may include app data in your device backups, depending on your settings. Those backups are managed by you and Apple, not by a Party Games account.
Device features
Headbands uses device motion to detect tilts during play. Motion readings are processed on the device and are not sent to us. Manual controls are also available. The app does not require access to your contacts, precise location, camera, or microphone to play.
Purchases and Apple services
If you make an in-app purchase where available, Apple processes the payment. We do not receive your payment-card details. StoreKit can provide purchase and entitlement information so the app can unlock or restore what you bought. Apple handles its services under its own App Store privacy information.
Analytics and diagnostics
The app does not include third-party advertising or analytics SDKs. Apple may provide aggregated app statistics and diagnostic reports according to your device settings and its policies. We may use those reports to understand crashes and improve reliability.
When you contact support
If you email us, we receive your email address, message, and any attachments you choose to send. We use this information to respond and troubleshoot. Our email provider processes messages to deliver this service. Please do not send passwords, payment-card details, or private game content that is not needed to explain your issue.
Retention, deletion, and your choices
You can remove saved app data by deleting the app from your device; offloading the app may retain its data. Manage device backups separately in your Apple settings. Deleting the app does not delete Apple’s purchase records or cancel a subscription, if you have one.
We retain support correspondence only as needed to handle your request and maintain necessary business records. Contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of information you sent us. Applicable law may give you additional rights, including the right to complain to your local privacy authority.
Children and shared devices
We do not knowingly collect children’s personal information through gameplay. If a child has sent personal information to support, a parent or guardian can contact us to request deletion. Choose games and prompts appropriate for your group and follow the App Store age rating.
