Terms of Use - Cleanup App

Please read these Terms of Use carefully. By downloading, installing, or using Cleanup ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and As Apps ("we", "our", or "us") governing your use of the Cleanup mobile application and any related services.

2. Description of Service

Cleanup is a utility application designed to help you:

Identify and remove duplicate, similar, and low-quality photos
Find and manage similar videos and screenshots
Locate large files consuming storage space
Clean up and organize your contacts
Manage and delete unwanted emails (with Gmail integration)
Compress photos and videos to save space
Securely store private photos in Secret Space
Free up storage space on your device

3. Subscription and Payments

Cleanup offers both free and premium features through subscription plans:

3.1 Free Features

Basic scanning and limited cleanup features are available for free.

3.2 Premium Subscription

Subscription plans include Weekly, Monthly, and Yearly options
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
Subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings
Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription

3.3 Refunds

All purchases are processed by Apple. For refund requests, please contact Apple Support directly through the App Store.

4. User Responsibilities

Important: You are solely responsible for any data you choose to delete using the App. Deleted data cannot be recovered by us. We strongly recommend reviewing items carefully before deletion and maintaining regular backups.

When using the App, you agree to:

The App may integrate with third-party services such as Google Gmail. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies:

6. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by As Apps and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not:

Copy, modify, or distribute the App
Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
Use our trademarks without prior written permission
Remove any copyright or proprietary notices

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

We do not guarantee that:

The App will meet your specific requirements
The App will be available at all times
Any errors in the App will be corrected
Data recovery is possible after deletion
The analysis results (duplicate detection, blur detection, etc.) will be 100% accurate

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AS APPS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

Loss of data or content
Loss of profits or revenue
Personal injury or property damage
Any damages arising from your use of the App
Any damages arising from unauthorized access to your data

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless As Apps and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

10. Modifications to the App

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App (or any part thereof) at any time without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.
