Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using CronCraft ("the App"), developed by As Apps ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

CronCraft is a developer utility application for iOS that allows users to:

• Visually build cron expressions
• Decode existing cron expressions into human-readable descriptions
• Preview scheduled run times
• Browse and apply cron expression templates
• Support multiple cron dialects (Unix, GitHub Actions, AWS EventBridge, Quartz)

3. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use CronCraft for personal and commercial purposes, subject to these terms and the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

4. In-App Purchases

4.1 CronCraft Pro

CronCraft offers a one-time in-app purchase ("CronCraft Pro") that unlocks premium features including additional templates, multi-dialect support, timezone selection, extended run previews, and unlimited history.

4.2 Payment

• All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store
• CronCraft Pro is a one-time, non-recurring purchase
• The purchase price is displayed in the App Store in your local currency
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation

4.3 Refunds

Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policies. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.

4.4 Restore Purchases

If you reinstall the app or switch devices, you can restore your CronCraft Pro purchase at no additional cost using the "Restore Purchases" option in Settings.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Not redistribute, sublicense, or resell the App
• Not use the App for any unlawful or malicious purpose

6. Accuracy of Output

We are not liable for any damages, data loss, or unintended consequences resulting from cron expressions built or decoded using the App. Always test cron expressions in a safe environment before deploying to production systems.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and intellectual property within CronCraft are owned by As Apps and protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. The cron expressions you create using the App are yours.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

CronCraft is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Accuracy or reliability of cron expression output
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Compatibility with all cron implementations

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, As Apps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of CronCraft, including but not limited to missed scheduled tasks, incorrect cron execution, or system downtime.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users or the App.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

13. Apple's EULA

This agreement is supplementary to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). In case of any conflict between these terms and Apple's EULA, Apple's terms shall prevail for matters related to the App Store distribution.
